In the wake of COVID-19 pandemic situation, our supply chain has hugely been affected and we had to reduce our stocks of some of our products (particularly hydrosols and body butters). We will be back in stock with most of our products once things start getting back to normal. Apart from this, almost all of the essential oils, carrier oils and absolutes are in stock with us. We request your patience and understanding during these difficult times.

Our organically crafted Soursop Oil, also known as Graviola Oil and Guanábana Oil, is cold pressed from the seeds of the Annona muricata, native to the tropical regions of the Americas and the Caribbean. Soursop Oil is rich in antioxidants such as flavonoids, polyphenols and saponins that combat the major free radicals responsible for aging.

Guanabana, also known by the name Soursop, is a medium-sized, tropical evergreen tree with dark, glossy-green, broad leaves and thick, yellow flowers with heart-shaped petals. Soursop is a reference to the fruit of the tree and has been used by indigenous people for its variety of healing benefits. This fruit is extremely delicious with a sharp aroma and a sweet-sour taste which is basically a combination of the taste of strawberry, pineapple, citrus, coconut and banana. Recently, it has gained attention and popularity due to its natural cancer cell killing properties.

REPORTED BENEFITS AND USES

Soursop (Graviola) Oil is naturally gentle and non-irritating, making it perfect for basically every skin type; it balances oily skin, soothes sensitive skin, hydrates dry skin and helps can even be used on acne and breakouts. Soursop Oil helps to brighten dull skin by providing essential moisture, allowing the skin to regenerate and rejuvenate itself. Soursop Oil is used for dry, itchy skin (in pure form or mixed with lotions) and is also efficient in the treatment of eczema and psoriasis symptoms.

Graviola Oil has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids: Linoleic Acid and Oleic Acid, both of which help to moisturize the skin. Due to its antibacterial and antiseptic properties, Soursop (Guanabana) Oil is also widely included in numerous hair care products to control oil production, encourage a healthy scalp, and make hair healthier and more voluminous. This nutrient-rich oil also helps to strengthen, repair and protect hair from environmental and cosmetic damage.
